Relief.....
whats your take on the 2 million purchase agreement for some cash....i think its needed for all the consulting, lawyer-ing and the many employees that are working on non-veneto operations....like acquisitions and such....i mean you can't be paying these professionals with just stock.....some of them may not want the gamble....i'm hearing that that is a bad deal....i don;t think so....as a matter of fact...that brought some much needed liquidity to the company to assess the road ahead.....or maybe its for the up listing costs that may be coming along the way...you can't go to the exchanges wanting to up list with an empty bank account....
