What are you suggesting, Gandalf? That some smart money wanted to wildly overpay for PTOI??
With investors buying small amounts of PTOI almost every day, it was going to happen that someone would mess up an order.
Who knows??...maybe someone is convinced that there are hundreds of millions of shares short and thought a bid at 10x the last price would force shorts to the exits or thought that the purchase would spark a stampede of buyers. If that's the case, they probably lost $10k or maybe even $15k to learn that they were mistaken.
