Hmmmmm..curious.. at the beginning it states :
"This Information Statement is first being
mailed or furnished to the holders of our Common Stock (our “Stockholders”) on or about January 7, 2019."
..then..
"Nevertheless, we may not
file a Certificate with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada until at least the twentieth (20th) day following the date
on which this Information Statement is mailed to the Stockholders."
...so...Jan. 27 and anytime thereafter ???
