Well it's BIG alright..he responded on LinkedIn that it's 120000sq ft BIG !
As I said before this is what QMCA could have been or still might be.I hope this puts pressure on China to react and reaffirm it's previous commitment.
Steve stated they are negotiating other deals ATM so I wonder where they go next.QMC spreading its wings without having to put up minimal $$$ is huge.
