Re: DieselBuzz #4380
MMEX’s “selected,” “inked” EPC provider, Blanchard Industrial, is a virtual unknown in greenfield refinery design, engineering, procurement, or construction. They've only been active in Texas since the June, 2018 time-frame, and are unknown in the Permian.
The astute will note that BI’s “news” content is empty, except for the "inked" deal with MMEX piece. Any reasonable search, using one (or more) search engines will turn up blanks on BI’s EPC track record in the sector.
There are real EPC contractors out there, like Fluor, KPE, Interstate/RAMA and a few dozen others - with identifiable industry track records. What about BI - is this like Trump’s tax returns? So far, KPE has been absent from the stage with MMEX, and Interstate/RAMA is (perhaps never was) a legitimate partner for MMEX. VFuels was always a scam, so they don't count.

Blanchard Industrial is on board! Seriously!
I'm not sure why this is a problem. This is a highly respectable company. These guys don't fool around!
