It’s just a matter of time before BI, and GIS (a BI subsidiary) fade away - like all of MMEX-scam’s contractors…
Commonly, contractors, like most businesses, will attempt to do business with anyone, even Mad J., if they think there is a possibility of being paid. MMEX-scam can meter out chump-change for a little dirt pushing and soil boring, but MMEX-scam has failed five times to generate the necessary project financing for an $88-million imaginary, rudimentary topping unit. So sooner, vs. later, BI/GIS will figure out Mad J.’s just dangling a rancid bacon-wrapped rotting carrot on a stick, and they’ll move on, like Interstate/RAMA, etc.
