Under who's direction did his companies function ? Trump.
It's merely a legal semantic to say Trump never has gone bankrupt.
Under his direction his companies failed and he had to file to go under.
It sounds like you are suggesting that the4 technical bankruptcy's were really a money laundering scheme for ill-gotten money to be transferred to him via Duetsch Bank,..then closed them using a bankruptcy loophole to cover over the crime
