Very True cphillips82. SecureAuth cannot challenge the IP in the PTAB court ... and with Alice 101/35 gone ... and the Supreme Court backing the PTAB in this matter as of April/May of 2018 ... SecureAuth will have to settle or go straight to jury trial where they still pay and the jury decides the additional damages. And in 4 business days we will be waiting for the out come.
