I cannot say news is immanent, but something is happening right now with AGRiMED. Mikeyt mentioned a title change for Bruce Goldman and the grow facility in Pennsylvania as well as two dispensaries in that state seem to be in play. Doctor Dalton appears to be more talkative these days and some say he is darn right jubilant. The CARF accreditation is an enormous accomplishment for Dalton, and may be a first of its kind for a cannabis related company. The Univec patch is covered by insurance and now is in the Veterans Administration procurement system. MariMed appears to be interested and involved with one or more of our companies, and Dalton appears to be spearheading that negotiation. Merck still appears to be involved with Dalton and Univec, but the exact details of that involvement we do not yet know. Talk of a giant conglomeration of companies is everywhere. I could go on and on. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to strike it rich or to die trying. I say go for the gusto. You may never have such an opportunity again in your lifetime or in that of your kin.
