the last time zn raised money they put out this report the very next day after the fundraising period ended

this subject matter is subsumed under " 8.01 other events" so is not required to be reported within 4 business days-but based on their reporting history I thought they would have posted results by now - but as of now on otc there are no postings yet for this new fundraising-been busy so have not checked other board yet
