Marijuana Stock - Vatic Ventures Corp. (VCV.V) has been evaluating opportunities in the legal cannabis sector and announced a $750,000 private placement at $0.075 to consummate a deal.
Vatic’s management is of the view that there continues to be good opportunities to develop business models which embrace unique and profitable approaches to the cannabis sector.
The company is evaluating investments involved with the legal cannabis industry, including cannabis growing facilities, extraction, processing, cannabis-infused products and dispensaries (retail and e-commerce) for both medical and recreational use.
