Trying to read this rule in a layman mentality.
Does this rule 5110 pertain to FUSZ and SC merger?
The rule says this: "Nasdaq shall also consider the nature of the businesses and the relative size of the Nasdaq Company and non-Nasdaq entity."
As I read it, this rule is for an already listed NASDAQ company doing a reverse merger with a NON NASDAQ company. This is not the case here with FUSZ and SC because neither are NASDAQ companies.
Am I reading it wrong????
