Respectfully disagree. Trial option comes if the decision is Reverse and Remand.

This is EXACTLY where we want to be. We want our Oral Arguments heard and transcribed in the court.

Then the settlement negotiations can begin with SA, and can resume with the others. Even if SA wants to take it to trial rather than settle (not likely), our “stay” on the other cases can be lifted since there was a decision.

When the post says "Trial", to me it means they are absolutely confident this decision will go in our favor.
