I think we're agreeing more than disagreeing. It is the uplisting that transforms GNBT from what we own today and owning a legitimate, less volatile mature investment. Volatility is great when it's on your side, but a killer when it turns against you, just as it did on Friday. I don't think uplisting is going to occur easily or quickly, hence more volatility.
As an investor, you now have to determine a strategy. From the announcement of the GNBT stock dividend through Friday's deadline for acquiring NI-O shares, holding was built into the day to day trading. For those of us interested in the NI-O shares, you still have to hold though 2/25. I don't see any major catalyst on the post 2/25 horizon that will keep the mo-mo crowd interested. Weak hands will sell. We have to be prepared for that.
OTOH, Joe and the mgmt. team may have more surprises up their sleeves. If so, people will pay attention and buy. Of course, that's the nature of a surprise. You don't see it coming.
