Everything changes 1 week from today!

WE have seen a few cases where a reversal decisions have been made by Appeal judges the same day or days after orals have been made. Yes some are longer, its Based on the simplicity of the case and strength of the evidence in those cases,

The strength of SFORs case is staggeringly one sided And the evidence is overwhelmingly one sided! From misapplication of law in handling Alice 101 by the Judge Kronstat. To the legal standing of SFORs patent with the PTAB win SCOTUS guidance and Precedent case backing it up.

After the reversal we are on Pacer alert for settlement!

All of SFORS infringers will be on settlement watch thereafter even Sec Auth/Core Authority! Yes Centrify , Trustwave, Vasco, Duo/Cisco !

The infringers do not want a hopeless expensive trial against a valid patent enforced by Blank Rome and Ropes and Gray. They WILL go the route of Microsoft and just hand SFOR the fair damages and recurring revenues they owe. That is why the original infringers sold out their companies to larger deeper pocketed buyers !

Starting from reversal Feb4th/ 2019 it will be the start of years, yes years for SFOR of PPS popping pacer alerts announcing settlement after settlements, finally!, it all starts in a week!

That reversal is the basis for billions in a future buyout in the not too distant future as this cyber security industry are waters these days that that are filled with hungry massive whales like companies literally spending billions gobbling up on smaller companies with cyber leading technologies and SFORs is at the top of the list for several of these whales Cisco-TPG-IBM-Bravo and others

First SFOR has to receive fair but massive damages and huge recurring revenues from the likes of Cisco Apple, Google, Amazon, Salesforce, IBM, and literally dozens upon dozens into the hundred of other infringers. They all become cozy channel partners!

It all starts after next monday orals and subsequent reversal!

Strap on your safety belts we are going to be in for PPS jolting start and a wild upward financial popping ride!

Any one remember OWCPs ride? This is going to be way crazier than OWCP after Cisco settles! and surrenders $300 to $400 mil in cash damages upfront to SFOR and perhaps up to $50 to a $100 million in monthly recurring revenues from 1 settlement will wake up all investors to a historic reversal of fortunes for a small software company from Edison NJ.

It all starts in the days after next monday's extraordinary court date for oral arguments and after the dismissal and reversal of alice 101.

Congrats to all longs!
Yes, We were wronged by Kronstat!
However remember, this wrong judgement in the end will have worked out for our overall betterment, as all the infringers sold out to bigger more well funded companies that can actually afford to pay us the damages and future revenues!

They have been planning for a scenario where they will be settling with SFOR , the decision will not catch them off guard. And yes their revenues soared this past year since the Alice 100 dismissal.(Good for us)

Just be thankful for Kay to have had the insight to go legal and the blessing of attracting Blank Rome (who wrote SFORs patent) and Ropes and Gray to enforce SFORs patents. 2 well known and recognized legal Titans in the patent infringement legal community.

Wise investors will want o front load shares of SFOR prior to our court win as this could go to 5 , 10 cents or more, its hard to say!

Moreover the change in our financial direction early this year will be staggering, this will be epic! I am sooo ready for this!
