I couldn't agree more.

People are just flushing out different scenarios that may happen with this RS. While I beleive it's a certainty, there are still things to discuss about ratios and timing etc.

Rory stated himself that the RS would be used if needed, so I also think it's fair for investors to consider that as a possibility.
