Hawks, I am on record of being skeptic of a wall. Tunnels, boats, increased immigrants through Canada. Where their is a will there is a way, The wall will slow it down. So I favor it, but it does not have to be that expensive. Lightly electrified big spools of think layered barbed wire would be fine with me.
