Why you ask? Why? Because 97-98% of the people do not think the company's business is important.
Pluto it is impossible to ever know the truth about the percentages, but if I were putting a wager down, I would say that the numbers who care about the business and who appreciate the difficulties and lengthy timeline is much larger than you suggest. Board has its ups and downs. Saul Alinsky's model was so important for street organizers but in this situation, his model is not effective but nevertheless causes annoyances over the long term. I believe most shareholders are similar Wheelhorse. Just my opinion. No way know for sure.
