Do you agree the "long list" was due to the Delaware past due Corporation tax and filings?
If so, failing to follow through is negated by the explanation that the debt was just now settled.
IMO it resets the clock.
Now that the progress SB says will happen CAN happen, I am holding the co to the current realistic time frame.
I believe he will follow though and I believe most feel the same which is why we are trading 50% higher than the end of November.
Everything SEEMS to be in the works. I expect a very good monthly shareholder letter to update all facets of the co and the current expectations.
I'm still very positive or I'd be out.
