Psychology might play a smaller part there but it's mostly psychological on the otc. Nasdaq brings better, much better, rationality in repects to a company's worth.
All the otc does is encourages flippers to paint a pessimist picture of a company, after all, it isnt on the Nasdaq currently anyway. Prove revenue..."nah, no good, its unsustainable", says the otc flippers and traders. Partnership with the largest companies in the world and these same flippers and traders say, "well, we really dont know too much of the details of these partnerships and these companies lose no skin partnering with them anyway, so....keep shorting!"
If institutional investors were willing to invest 20 to 25 mil in our FUSZ then perhaps we could stick around here longer.
