I'm not willing to place any more energy into the resolution/answer of why particular people do what they do to generate negative energy.

I choose to use my intelligence and energy to a more positive end result.

You, myself and many others have been a part of creating a discovery trip to inform us OWCP long shareholders with factual information,..to make more informed decisions.
