Probably not something that crazy. But crazy things certainly do happen everywhere. It wouldn't be unusual for a market maker to walk a price back to fill a large order but this was different. There was volume pushing the price up to $3.10 and then even more volume at the end driving it down. I've been trying to rationalize that it was a large buyer but it's probably what Joe said or similar. He would certainly know better than me.
