Looking at the licensing avenue Steve is pursuing there won't be much capital required moving forward to operate the company.I would like to see an aggressive plan to pay out the debenture holders and buy back shares while the stock price is so low.It would serve a number of purposes..reduce outstanding shares ..increase volume and share price ...attract new investors who will notice beyond revenues the volume trading and SP trending up.JMHO
