You are the person who mobilized shareholder opposition to the hostile takeover, of which one outcome, which Chessmite confirmed, was Steve's return commitment to protect us from a R/S in the future. I had seen you as the one person we could most count on to represent and uphold Steve's word.

Maybe there is merit to the narrow situation you describe where a R/S makes sense. I don't really know and it is not my experience, especially with penny stocks, where shareholders come out ahead.
