Thoma Bravo appears to have been setting up a buyout since 2017 I believe when that started acquiring shares and with their involvement with TPG. IMO, its been a deal in the making for several years. I agree with you...TB is a giant with deep pockets and certainly appears to have the desire to be the biggest and the best in the security department. Of course we own the IP and with the reversal coming Feb 4, our $$ value will double? triple? quadruple? and beyond! We will see. All IMHO of course.
