(all speculation in terms to Utopya and ANDI) At this time Kepler only has two satellites up. They're KIPP and CASE. TARS will launch this year giving them 3. Kepler wants to launch up to 15 Gen1 satellites in 2020. Gen 2 satellites go up in 2021 and 2022 giving them up to 50 satellites. Gen 3 satellites launch 2022 and 2023 giving them up to 140 satellites. (once again this is all speculation, but would be a cheap solution for global cellphone coverage.)
