They've been trying to get fills in at .0022 and .0023 ALL WEEK...they had to use scare tactics to do it, it worked this time they got a few filled. If they were really assholes and wanted to sell they could drive this thing to mid-teens in a flash. Any stock with no volume is easy to manipulate if you have enough shares to cause fear and panic.
