Your absolutely right that he keeps us guessing on this. I've considered a lot of different scenarios on how this will play out.
Im actually anxious for the learning experience alone at this point.
If the stocks stays around here, we will get a 1:10 or 1:15 likely and trade in the upper 5's to upper 8's. Rory stated multiple time that the market cap would double with SC. Well it's doubled already from when he mentioned that. Does that mean they have reached their target price and now we wait for the split? Will we get a higher valuation from the underwriter once the merger closes and their ready to price the offering? Man, I dunno and I'm eager to find out.
Anyway, that's just one thought on this. Again my hope is that we get above 1 before any split takes place.
