My recollection is that as well, closing deal in January and uplist in February. The most recent update he said 30-45 days I believe and I think tomorrow is day 35, so by end of first week of February is my guess for acquisition finalization.

Valter Pinto stated that so far the government shutdown hasn’t hurt any progress towards the acquisition, offering or uplist.

Uplist by beginning of March, as always things can take a little longer, greatness takes time, and we will be great for sure.
