All signs point to it will happen this time, but yes have to wait and see. I don't think that the shares will necessarily be reduced tomorrow but hopefully, we will hear the date of when the reduction will be official. From my understanding, once TA approves it doesn't take long so guesstimating next week at some point reduction should go into effect.
