The 60 day billing cycle (standard) is something else that has delayed payment to SFOR. DOD passes the funds to the contract manager, (InfoReliance I think), they cut the check to McAfee, our Federal vendor, ACS, is then paid, finally SFOR is paid. I always put out my predicted dates with that billing cycle caveat. Now we hear Mark speaking guardedly optimisticly about deal payments hitting our bottom line as soon as Q-1. Because Congress delayed the FY '18 budget, it delayed this billing cycle & any possible Federal agency/department payments to SFOR. It is what it is.
