I think some emotional selling today, they will regret it.
Appeal court Oral argument 2/4 date has been confirmed that it will take place during government shutdown.
From then we are on settlement watch. As we resume settlement negotiations that we were well into. Not starting over. ALthough the money that will be involved will be significantly more with the passing of a year.
We will see.
