After reversal Secure Auth isn't going to trial
Re Sec Auth there is not going to be a trial playing out anymore than Duo, Vasco, Gemalto and Centrify went to trial once the lost the PTAB, they knew it was legally over for them. They lost and went back to the office counting the money they will have to hand over to Blank Rome and Ropes and Gray IMO
Even Microsoft decided after reviewing patent just pay the money.
Same with Sec Auth it will be over for the with the reversal, SFORs is vindicated , Sec Auth is proven to be a criminal, why would they pursue a very expensive trial they already know they will lose.
Once the reversal happens , SFORs patent simply can't be defeated, the other 4 know it and so does Sec Auth when they lose. Their only hope was Alice 101 , and they failed. They have nothing else to fight with, that's why they sold to Core Authority and why all the above sold out as well.
They couldn't afford the damages and rec revs.
They will have no basis for an appeal. Done! finished!
