I think our case is a no brainer.
IMO Ancora was heard first and so became the precedent in November 2018 This case was going to be the precedent if Ancora hadn't been heard first. Citing Ancora in the supplemental authority to our case IMO gives our case a faster path to the ruling of the Court of Appeals because they won't have to write as much.
