The way it looks, to get all these wells dug by end of first qrtr, TNC will need to have all 10 rigs on site for TECO to be on time, and I don't think that will happen.

By the way, does anyone know who is  responsible for the permits?? Does TECO or TNC get the permits once the rapid fire 21 wells gets underway??? Has even one been permitted??
