Short answer, IMO, yes.
Long answer, (what I think I know) haha.. Cisco bought Duo who had a huge list of clients. From the DD around this sight it appears that Duo was heavily using our patents that allowed them to create such a list. If that truly is the case, Cisco would happily pay an infringement cost rather that treble damages- on that note I am sure they would also happily sign a contract with SFOR as a ‘channel partner’ in order to keep said list of clients. Yes that means not only s lump sum of cash (10, 20, 50,100 million plus-who knows) it will give ongoing monthly revenue we really need to stabilize and jump in PPS.
A buyout from Duo is possible but at this early stage in our litigation I believe they would low-ball Mark and Co. Add in the fact that they disclosed last year, I believe sometime around the Duo announcement, that their acquisitions budget was being lowered from 15 down to 10 Billion dollars. And that was to mainly be semiconductor and optic related.
My hope is when things get rolling after these first four or five lawsuits being settled that the bigger fish (Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon... etc etc will want to grab this technology that is patented AND verified through the courts so they can use it to make Billions more! Yes that means someone will buy SFOR FOR PREMIUM $$$
The above is all my opinion, but the road ahead seems to already be on the drawing board of R&G so it’s not a matter of if, just when!
I cannot retire for another 15+ years so with SFOR in my 401k account, I have time. When it happens sooner- ALL THE BETTER!!
