As for the discussions about the DUI... while most don't condone drinking and driving, I think we need to focus on the company as a whole, vs. one individual's night out on the town. We're not investing in a group of taxi cab drivers where such an event may have direct impact on their job performance. Keep in mind that this is the ENTERTAINMENT business you're invested in. Having worked in it myself, I can't say that this is earth shattering news. I'm looking at MPIX as a whole and its potential -- and its potential looks pretty good to me.

In any event, I'm guessing that I don't have to make a list of individuals in the entertainment business who've made the news for much worse than this. And guess what??? Their next production was a huge success and made investors a lot of money!!
