I would assume of processor 3 is going into the same plant as the other ones there will be some downtime when they have to weld again.  Also maybe modifications to the petecoke removal system...who knows?  I am looking forward not back.  Things do not always go according to plan, and you give me the feeling you think you can do it better......so go see if you can join the team at the plant or quit whining, watch, and learn.  Iflub is a better forum for whining anyway.
