Brady is doing everything I read we should all do. He has much better discipline than I have. But, If I had a chef watching over me it would be easier too.

I just got back from urgent care. I thought I had a urinary tract infection. The urine test was clear. Talking to the doc we agree that my increase in coffee the last month might be the whole problem. I went from 1 green tea and 2 coffees a day to maybe 5 cups of coffee minimum, Saturday much more, do to unusual circumstances. I know caffeine is not great, but never had a problem back when I drank even more. Old age changes some things?
