Allowing for a 2 week delay due to the Gov "shut down" from the middle of January to the end of January is perfectly feasible.
I hope it is not delayed more than that as Cannabis and Hemp are "scorching hot" at the moment !! and those companies issuing PR's are generating a large "buzz" for themselves.
I also hope that we have underestimated the enormity of Dr Dalton's connections and deals that he is assembling together with his team and that shortly we will all be celebrating the "new" UNVC with a new price between .20 to .35 in the short term with longer term potential of $1 to $1.50 as revenue is generated and profitability is reported.
Look at the MRMD current market cap compared to the UNVC current market cap as an illustration of where UNVC can go to very quickly !! [If my maths is accurate the MRMD market cap of 844.719M is 843 times the UNVC market cap of 1.229M, so a 843 bagger from .0028 = $2.36]
