According to the Court, (which is what Mark was referring to) the Court can take up to 60 days to decide the case. That being said, it is still only Nine Business days until the Oral Arguments ... and if they hold true to form (that is looking at the bulk of other cases) I would expect a ruling in this case within 3 business days! The reason I would expect that is that there is nothing in this case that would take any time to research given that they already have Supplemental Authority submitted by Ropes & Gray with a Ruling against the Same Lawfirm in a mirrored Case in the Same Appeals Court’s recent history !!!
