I just listened to the whole conference call. Obviously I called in, but I was also working at the time so I sporadically muted to talk to customers etc. Joe did a really great job. His team, whether Terry, Eric vH, or the CEO’s of the newly acquired companies really struck me as impressive. I think that’s a main point- not just acquiring companies, but their management teams.

I definitely don’t think shareholders need to worry about the cost basis or whatever of the free dividends. There isn’t any. Your p and l should show any time you trade. Those questions were honest though from supportive shareholders, no question is bad.

Joe told one caller he hopes to start an uplist application for Gnbt in 35-40 days if I recall correctly. I don’t think we should hold him to an off the cuff remark since all of the parts are moving and certain acquisitions aren’t complete. But, it does illustrate that a dynamic change for the stock isn’t far away.
