There seems to be a hiccup:
Today is the 18th. Why would the Transfer Agent be waiting to hear from ONCI?????
This is what Steve tweeted on January 11th:

If the Transfer Agent has not gotten the letter in one full week, I will guess the letter never went out on the 11th.
There is a miscommunication here!!!!!!!!!!
