General question about the MSO model. What makes it so special and advantageous to patients and providers? What is the difference they would actually experience? When Joe talks about it, he always uses the same general phrases over and over again, but I am unclear as to how that translates in real life. If anyone on the board can enlighten me I would appreciate it!
