That is weird it sure does along with the time stamp. It changes every time you go back out and reopen it. Well, the good thing is if Hexagon Holdings wasn't in good standing with CO that certificate would not generate.
If the status of the entity is anything other than Good Standing (i.e., Delinquent, Exists, Dissolved or Revoked), a Certificate of Good Standing cannot be issued. Review the entity's History and Documents to see if a Periodic Report or some other document needs to be filed. If you have additional questions regarding the status of the entity, refer to the Noncompliance and Delinquency FAQ page.
