Not sure it ICBT is still settled manually or not. Be careful when buying because manual settlement will cost close to $300.00. Call your broker to confirm.
Rumor last summer was a reverse merger was in progress and they can take some time to complete.
ICBT has been dormant for 4 years. It's a Canadian company so maybe it is about to begin a new life and become a red hot pot stock.

Look at BFCH. It started as PURO which was dead for 7 years, then ran to .02 cents in two weeks.
