I am sure that is what happened. Too many are just traders and they are use to the cash dividend approach of ex dividend dates and don't realize the FINRA special large stock dividend rules that the ex dividend date is the day after the payable date of 2/25/19.
I am kicking myself. I knew yesterday with the PURA news that we would see a pull back and thought about selling some of my shares at $3. Would have been able to buy an extra 30% back free.
