I mention the RS because it's a reality. And it appears to me that Rory is going to use it very strategically. RS don't always have to be bad. I like to look at it from every angle to try to anticipate the next move.
In the situation I just described. The RS would be used to free up space for an all stock aquisition. I'm fully on board with a sound stratedgy whatever it may be. I'm just trying to figure out what the stratedgy is.
But hey, whatever you want to think makes me no differencce.
