That was the time he originally filed to move... yes it's taken this long because that's how it goes and of course the CEO has his own timetable toward what he wants done and when...
Meantime, according to that CO SOS site, ONCI needs to file a 'periodic report' by Feb. 28th, if not before... or I guess he can renew or extend further... at least that's a hard and true timeline for now...
