I hope #4 becomes the case. I know notifiCRM is cheap, and on the surface, that looks great. But there is such a thing as, “if it’s cheap, it must be cheap”.

Explore the story of Peloton. At a lower price, sales were low. Once they jacked up the price, sales actually took off.

The term “Veblen good” is what comes to my mind although it’s not exactly the same...
